Polylines are used to show a series of joined line segments on a template. To add a polyline to the template click on the Add item of the Polyline button menu and then click on each vertex of the polyline on the template and on the last vertex double click the mouse button. After the polyline has been added, the Polyline form will be displayed where it can be edited as described in the Edit Polylines section.
