Why do I get an error saving data or is the data not being saved?

It may be a permissions issue. The program stores the databases and datastore in the folder c:\ProgramData\GAEA\[Product]. Where [Product] is the name of the product. The permissions for this folder must be set to “Full Control” for everyone. This folder may be different depending on the choices made during the installation. The folder is shown in preferences for the program.
