How long are the courses?
Webinar duration is published with each scheduled event. Custom online and onsite duration is defined after the products, topics, participant experience, exercises and required outcomes are reviewed.
Are prerequisites required?
Foundation training can be suitable for new users. Applied, advanced, administrator, modeling and QA/QC sessions may require product familiarity, domain knowledge, a licensed installation or an agreed training environment. The course confirmation identifies prerequisites.
Is software included with training?
Software access is not assumed. The quotation or webinar information will state whether participants use an existing licensed installation, a customer-managed training environment or another explicitly confirmed arrangement.
Can we use our own project data?
Customer datasets can be considered for custom training when scope, confidentiality, preparation and suitability are agreed in advance. Representative training data may be preferable when project records are incomplete or sensitive.
Will the session be recorded?
Recording is not assumed. Availability depends on the delivery format, instructor approval, participant consent, confidentiality and the written course confirmation.
Are course notes, exercises or certificates included?
The course confirmation will identify included notes, datasets, exercises, follow-up support and any completion certificate. These items vary with the course and should not be assumed unless stated.
How many participants can attend?
Webinar capacity is shown during registration. Custom online and onsite class size is confirmed in the quotation so the instructor can preserve an appropriate level of interaction and hands-on support.
How are onsite expenses handled?
The quotation identifies the training fee and any applicable instructor travel, accommodation, venue, tax or related expenses. Onsite delivery can reduce participant travel, but instructor travel may still apply.
Can training be delivered across multiple time zones?
Yes, scheduling can consider distributed teams. Provide participant locations, preferred dates, working hours and time zones when requesting custom training.
What is the cancellation or rescheduling policy?
